FemRising Retreat

September 13 - 15

About the retreat

Meetings, deliveries, performance, focus, moving, forward. Yes, often all we can do to manage daily is to be focused on the present moment. But there comes a time when we need to stop, listen, be, reflect, and set out a new direction. Or maybe we find our way back to the direction we once set.

FemRising invites you to a weekend to pause, rest, decompress, and land with a group of women in similar situations as you. Through breathwork, yoga, meditation, dance, pilates, and sharing group exercises, we begin by looking back and seeing how far we've come. We then proudly celebrate where you are right now, re-prioritize, and then set your direction forward for the rest of the year.

What are you letting go of this weekend?
What are you longing for right now?
What do you truly need?

Let's find out together.

What you
can expect

The weekend offers a cozy stay at a center 1.5 hours by car, north of Stockholm. In a carefully crafted space, you are invited to soften and tune into what you truly long for. A well-organized container is created for you and held by four experienced facilitators; Victoria Johansson, Roshi Derakshan, Sara Shokofan and Lisa Åkesson. It is of the utmost importance to us that you as a woman feel invited, and safe and get what you need this weekend. As each session builds on the previous one, to give you a stable process, all participants are partaking in each part on the way. Here you can rest, play, test, grow, and be challenged within the safe framework. Here you can be who you need to be.

  • Three Ayurvedic inspired meals a day and snacks

  • A goodie bag

  • Introduction talk on zoom before the retreat

  • A total of 8 sessions in yoga, pilates, breathwork, conversation, inner work and development

What people say about our retreats

“The perfect break from everyday life. I was allowed to land, just be, and share my thoughts and experiences together with other women who openly shared about their own journeys. The weekend filled me with energy and further convinced me that the best thing to do is to follow the flow!”
